I guess my question for you should be OBVIOUS, if you have a high security clearance in your job, and you have maintained your job throughout the different parties, then I reference your comment..

I heard one of the appointed CZARS is a self professed COMMUNIST, Van Jones, the CZAR of Green. Do these CZARs account to the other branches of the government as prescribed? What are the CZARs security clearances, it would have to be pretty high to circumvent accountability to monitoring as all government officials are supposed to be subject to; and how can someone who is a self professed Communist get a security clearance and What would this Communist CZAR pay grade be, how would he be classified and from what fund is HE paid from? I do not recall seeing this advertised or classifed,most jobs within the government are, where is this job description? HOW COULD HE HAVE NO ACCOUNTABILITY EXCEPT TO ONE MAN IN A REPUBLIC, a government designed for checks and balances. You profess to know the Constitutional law, you do not find the aforementioned things troubling? I think that this is curious yhe self professed Bipartisan administration did not appoint any conservative Republicans. I do recall the President promising to be a President of ALL the people. How could a "Communist" get appointed as a CZAR over so many other well qualified persons?
You mentioned before in a statement to me...

I think this is dubious, how could you be "troubled" by many Americans asking for confirmation from an elected official as "troubling" and yet you do not find a Communist CZAR appointee dealing directly with the White House President, a Communist CZAR who does not pass through the Congress, or any other Branch of government for the checks and balances of power specified in the Constitution, our Law. I am puzzled. AGAIN, if you have such a high security clearance you should be aware of this appointment.

With your high security clearance and vast knowledge of Constitutional law, you should be able to answer these questions.

There you go assuming again about and conjecturing about the processes involved in establishing eligibility for the levels of security clearances issued. Pinch, YOU have no knowledge of the scope I have of these processes. UNLESS you use your resources in your present position in the government for personal investigation, I do not. They call this in brief, UNAX. It is against the law.

I have made three personal oaths, one at the Alter to God and my husband witnessed in the Sacrament of marriage, and the other two for positions/offices I held.

I said your judgement is clouded, try humility. I was speaking of anyone, in any station or level of professional or personal interaction. I think it is a commendable trait; obviously you do not as you state ...

As I said, your judgement is cloudy, you keep speaking of my "level", my security clearance or level does not define who I am. Do you equate your "level" by your security clearance? I do not. I perceive myself and judge myself personally by a different standard. I have taken my oaths, and have kept them to the personal standard that I hold by the beliefs I hold. To thine own self be true. I think that I do have a clear, coherent, logical sequence of thought, and I also pray for the gift of wisdom which I hold as a spiritual gift beyond cognitive thought. I do not think that your estimation of me because of my "level" and the logic thereof, is creditable; AGAIN try humility, ask for wisdom. If you have a position of authority, I would think that you would be a better leader. I have personal heroes, (the late Great John Paul, II for one) although he had a remarkable mind, a position of authority, he was Great because he was a man of humility and he looked outside of himself to guide the Church. I would say that he would be considered a "genius", and yet he could communicate on any level! I deal daily with people on many levels, I endeavor to communicate and interact with ALL irrespective of their security clearance or lack of. I am not with the Peace Corps. Your judgement or inappropriate standards and or expectations are askew. You speak and judge without knowledge of what you are judging, this in my opinion is POOR judgement. I think you should be sorry.

President Obama' mother was from Hawaii, his biological father was from Africa. President Obama's mother married a man from Indonesia.

I ask for transparency from President Obama. If you review this information it has specific information, President Obama has only his mother as a possible US citizen. We have no knowledge of the certain conditions of his American parent (mother) lived in the US prior to his birth. The exact date of President Obama's birth is important, we believe it was prior to the change in laws in 1986, Obama was born in 1961. It is important whether he was physically born in Hawaii, because he would be claiming citizenship by descent. and it does make a difference if he was taken out of the country. President Obama's mom was not married to his biological father, so Obama's claim to US citizenship depends on whether his mother Section 309 of the INA [8USC % 1409] grants US citizenship at birth to an "illegitimate" child if his American mother had spent at least one continuous full year in the US. IF his mom did not, he would not. The sex-based disparity was upheld by the Supreme Court. President Obama was born in 1961, the physical requirement prior to Nov. 14, of 1986 was ten years; this would include five years of residency after his mom's 14th birthday. The change did not retroactively make US citizenship available to people born previously who did not meet the old requirement. Congress did not change law retro Public Law 100-525, § 8(d), 102 Stat. 2619).

These questions of his birth certificate are not just a few simpletons being mean. They are legitimate concerns. If his mom married a man from Indonesia her residency prior to President Obama's birth and after his birth and whether his Stepfather took them out of the country and for how long.

I say again, President Obama is not the guy with a past that leaves alot of questions about his citizenship, especially in light of his 20 year church attendance with the Rev. Wright and the Rev. Wright's non allegiance to America.

You will note that the reference states that children who are out of the country up to their 16th Birthday for a period of five years and are foreign born have residency issues concerning their citizenship even if their parent if a US citizen.

I feel that this is specific enough, did Obama go out of the country before his 16th birthday and for how long.

President Obama has not always been truthful about his family, during Obama's campaign he spoke of his Uncle and his notable military career. Obama's Uncle came out publicly to say he had never shared with Obama about his career nor did they ever discuss it, the Uncle also noted he was surprised by it. I thought that this was strange for the Uncle to go public with this statement of distancing his nephew.

Obama, his mom and his past is in question and we have a right to know if he is elegible to be our president.

I have heard Obama apologize for our "Arrogant" America, this is not usual verbiage from a patriot. I have heard Rev. Wright call Hannity from Fox news "Arrogant" when Rev. Wright was trying to side step Hannity's questions.

I did not cite this previously as I wanted to use broad lay terms.

Pork is nothing more than a payoff and should be illegal. Congress has lost all credibility with the people that understand what is going on. They are nothing more than CRIMINALS and should be hung in the public square for all to witness.
The only law they should change is to make it legal to hang them whenever they ask for pork.

When is the revolutin starting? I hope Glenn Becks friday show has some answers.
